Hi, I’m Roshan Jha.

A Chartered Accountant by profession—and someone who understands how confusing the startup journey can feel in the beginning.
During my career, I have worked extensively in financial reporting, compliance, and audits experience at a Big4 firm. This has given me a strong foundation in understanding how businesses operate—from numbers and regulations to structure and strategy.
Alongside this, I have worked closely with startups, supporting them in financial planning, compliance, and growth strategy, including preparing them for funding and investor readiness.
But one thing became very clear to me:
Most people don’t fail because they lack ideas—they struggle because they don’t know where to start.
This is especially true for students.
At a stage where they have time, curiosity, and ambition—but often lack clear direction. And by the time they step into the real world, confusion turns into hesitation.
